He helps Mike take on the legal responsibilities, so clients can turn their focus to making a complete recovery. “I like being part of the legal process from the beginning, and getting to know clients on a personal level,” explains Jake. “I get to meet clients face-to-face and develop a personal relationship through our interactions. I like giving them the good news about their case and recovery.”
