As a young adult, Scott Mann experienced a terrible family tragedy when his architect father was killed in an accident: “I felt that if I had the right training and my heart was in the right place,” Scott says, “I could help other families who were going through the same situation as mine.” With the death of his father and a newfound calling, Scott decided to practice law. The greater area of Kansas was in need of qualified attorneys since most firms focused only on certain communities. For this reason, Scott decided to offer more regional representation in addition to our clients in Hutchinson. Mann Wyatt Tanksley Injury Attorneys was originally a one-attorney firm, but the caseload soon exceeded Scott’s original conception. In order to help with the growing number of cases, Scott brought on two talented attorneys in Mike Wyatt and Mitchell Rice. “We all share the same goals and are passionate about helping people,” Scott says.
